En serie af fade der bl.a. er en undersøgelse af forholdet mellem dekoration og fad. Der er både tale om formel mønsterdannelse og motivgengivelse. Det fascinerer mig hvordan vi skaber forståelige begreber ud af simple geometriske formkonstellationer. Inspirationen er fra souqen i Damaskus, med dens karakter af kulisse og forestillingsverden.

A series of dishes that among other things, is an investigation in the relation between decoration and dish. On the dishes there is both a formal pattern and a representation of a motif. I am fascinated of how we create understandable notions out of simple geometrical constellations of shapes. The inspiration comes from the souq in Damascus.
